My All-Time Fave Protein Ball Recipe!


I have had so many request for these delicious little balls of heaven so here they are:

Lou's All-Time Fave Protein Balls (DF GF V)

Prep time: 8 hours

Prep notes: Soak Almonds in purified water overnight

Serves: 20 people

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Almonds 1/2 cup Sultanas 15 Dates, medjool 2 Tbsp Coconut oil 1 cup Shredded Coconut 3 scoops Pea Protein Powder (optional) 1/2 Heaped Tbsp Raw Cacao

Directions:

  • Melt coconut oil

  • Place almonds in a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds

TM - 20 seconds, speed 9

  • Add all other ingredients and blend on high speed for another 30 seconds

TM - 20 seconds, speed 9

  • Roll into balls and place in freezer (once frozen they take no time at all to defrost)
